This post highlights Treasure Valley Blue Star Moms’ stocking-stuffing event for children with a deployed parent. Despite the challenges of less-than-perfect lighting and photos, it captures the joy and camaraderie of members coming together for a meaningful cause. Thoughtfully crafted and engaging, this post reflects the organization’s mission while respecting operational security.

Faces of Hope Foundation Social Media Content
This slide showcases examples of social media content I created for the Faces of Hope Foundation. Designed to promote services, solicit community support, share client stories, and promote events, these posts were part of an editorial calendar I managed in collaboration with the Development team. The content aimed to raise awareness, drive engagement, and foster cultural change within the community.

Two week social campaign for general Facebook and Instagram posts to promote a press conference and awareness event for a nonprofit. This was part of larger strategy, including email invitations, printed VIP invitations, media advisory and press release, and personal invitations.
Happenings Social Strategy
Each Monday, I curated a weekly “What’s Happening” post for Facebook and Instagram, highlighting events from the Garden City Visitors Bureau’s online events calendar. Posts were boosted through the last event of the week, targeting segmented audiences and aligning with ITA and SWITA grant funding guidelines.
I also engaged stakeholders by sending tailored emails—one to the board of directors with calls to action for involvement and another to VIPs, including business leaders, Chamber of Commerce members, and elected officials.
The strategy achieved the highest engagement across social channels, with hundreds of interactions. Community members publicly thanked board members, and comments from new followers, even hours away geographically, demonstrated expanded reach and impact.
Social posts for fun, for inspiration, education, engagement.
